District Communication Update Regarding In-Person Instruction - COVID-19

Included below is the video shared on Facebook Live earlier today providing an overview of the in-person plans for student attendance that will be in place for the remainder of the school year. The video discusses the Hardship Request Form for middle and high school students enrolled in option 1, 2, or 4 who want to sign up for the independent learning sessions that will occur in addition to their 3 hour class attendance starting on 10/19/20. The Hardship Request form is due before Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 8:00 AM. The form can be found at the following link: https://forms.gle/JNbBkWgysfEdngG26
 
Students will not attend in-person instruction on Wednesday under the Four Day Weekly Plan UNLESS the high school student attends vocational school. Additional information related to this and other details with the Four Day Weekly Plan will be communicated in a Facebook Live next Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Noon and posted on our district Facebook page.
 
The information included in this paragraph is only for parents/families of students requesting a schedule option change. In order for your child to change their enrollment option on 10/19/20 when we start the Four Day Weekly Plan, you must submit this schedule option change request form before 8:00 AM on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Students will receive a form letter on Thursday, October 15, 2020 indicating which option they are enrolled in for The Four Day Weekly Option that will start on Monday, October 19, 20. This document explains what your child's attendance will look like under the Four Day Weekly plan based on the option your child is enrolled in.
