Mr. Campbell is a 1984 graduate of Fairview High School. Mr. Campbell has been an employee of AK Steel since August of 2000, where he works in the Maintenance Department. Mr. Campbell has been a past President of the United Steel Workers Local 1865. Mr. Campbell and his wife Julie have three children, Cody, Isaac and Katie, along with two grandchildren. Mr. Campbell's greatest life achievements are being a father and husband.
Jennifer (Susie) Howard has been a resident of Westwood her entire life. Mrs. Howard is a 1970 graduate of Fairview Independent Schools, along with some college through ACTC. Her biggest accomplishment is being a wife and mother. Mrs. Howard has been married to Richard Howard for 49 years and they have two children, Stephanie and Richard Ray, both which are Fairview graduates. Mrs. Howard has devoted her adult live to caring for children and work in the Fairview Independent School system as a cook, general aide, Special Education aide, bus driver, High School secretary, and assistant to the Special Education Director, as well as assisting with the development of the pre-school program. Mrs. Howard retired with 28 years of service to Fairview Independent School District in 2016.
Mrs. Howard wants to continue to help the students and residents of the Fairview School system in any way she can assist. Mrs. Howard is focused on making Fairview and its students the best that they can be. She is very willing to listen to the people of Westwood and parents so we can do what is best for all concerned. Mrs. Howard is very proud to be a Fairview Eagle and a member of the Fairview Board of Education.
Mr. Lowe is a 1984 graduate of Fairview High School.
Mr. Lowe is a Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, served as Special Operations in Marine Security Forces Battalion Pacific in counter-terrorism, and with 2nd Marine Corps Division 3rd Battalion 6th Marines Lima Company as a fire team leader in a rifle company.
Mr. Lowe is a Honorably Discharged Veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard as an 11Bravo Infantryman, with a total of eight years in service combined with both branches of service.
Mr. Lowe is a graduate of Ashland Community & Technical College, and was elected into the National Technical Honor Society with high distinction. I graduated with a College Diploma and certificates in HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration, while being owner and operator of a small business, Absolute Commercial Refrigeration.
Mr. Lowe spent several years on the Westwood Boys & Girls Club as a Board Member and have been involved in youth sports for 14 years. He has coached football, baseball and one year in basketball, he also led the Ashland National Junior League to the state playoffs in baseball as the head coach.
Mr. Lowe was Adjutant for the American Legion and sat on the Board of Directors as head of Administration for the post.
Mr. Lowe has been married to his wife Eva M. Lowe for 22 years and they have two sons.
Gabriel Lowe is a Fairview graduate of the class of 2015 and now serving in the United States Army and Nate Lowe who is a sophomore at Fairview High School
